Terms of Service – Many.Toys
Welcome to Many.Toys! These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website (www.many.toys), including all marketplace features such as listing items, bidding, purchasing, and account management.
By accessing our platform or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. General
By using Many.Toys, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.
- You must be 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
- We may update these Terms at any time.
- Many.Toys operates as a marketplace and is not the seller unless explicitly stated.
2. Listings, Bidding & Purchases
2.1 Listings
Sellers are responsible for accurate descriptions, photos, measurements, weight, item condition, and ensuring that listed items are legal and safe. Many.Toys may remove listings at its discretion.
2.2 Bidding
Bids are binding. If you place a bid and win, you agree to purchase the item. Bid cancellations are only accepted in exceptional cases.
2.3 Buy Now Purchases
Placing a direct (Buy Now) order means you commit to purchasing the item at the listed price.
2.4 Payments
Payments are securely processed through Stripe using the available methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be completed before an order is processed.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Sellers handle packaging and shipping of purchased items. Delivery costs and estimated times are shown at checkout.
Many.Toys is not responsible for courier delays, lost parcels, or shipping damage. Risk transfers to the buyer once the item is handed to the carrier.
4. Returns, Refunds & Disputes
4.1 Returns
Return policies are defined individually by each seller. Buyers must check the seller’s policy before purchasing.
4.2 Eligible returns
- Item arrives damaged
- Wrong item is delivered
- Item does not match the description
4.3 Refunds
Refunds are issued once the seller receives the returned item or if Many.Toys resolves a dispute in the buyer’s favor.
4.4 Disputes
If buyer and seller cannot reach an agreement, Many.Toys may intervene. Final decisions are made based on the evidence provided.
5. Product Authenticity & Accuracy
Many.Toys does not authenticate items. Sellers are fully responsible for the authenticity, legality, and accuracy of their listings. Buyers should contact sellers if they need clarification before bidding or buying.
6. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Use the platform for illegal purposes
- List prohibited or counterfeit items
- Manipulate prices or bids
- Create fraudulent or duplicate accounts
- Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
- Submit false or misleading information
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Many.Toys, including text, logos, branding, graphics, and design, is owned by Many.Toys or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Many.Toys provides the platform “as is,” without any warranties except where required by law.
Many.Toys is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue or data
- Seller or buyer misconduct
- Shipping delays or courier failures
- Events outside our control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid in the relevant transaction.
9. Marketplace Responsibility
Many.Toys is not the seller unless explicitly stated. Sellers are responsible for item legality, accuracy, shipping, packaging, and compliance with tax laws. Buyers must review item descriptions and seller policies before purchasing.
10. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or pose risks to the platform or its users.
